Based on your company’s needs, Riopel Consultant will establish a sales plan for IT equipment. The plan is submitted to the appropriate person at your company to agree on deadlines and on the order of equipment installation procedures. Once the sales plan is approved and the timeline set, we request bids from suppliers.
To ensure you get the best price-quality ratio, Riopel Consultant calls upon different suppliers with well-established reputations for quality. Once the bids are in, we work with you to assess the scenarios that are most profitable for your company. Once the selection is made, we install all components and configure them, either at our location or yours. During this step, everything is taken very seriously. Several tests are performed to ensure the equipment is functional and high-quality. We then deliver the equipment to your location and, if needed, provide training on several types of software.
All our computer systems are guaranteed for one year after installation (parts and labour). This warranty, however, does not cover software-related problems.
